First Recipient of Storm Sporting Events Scholarship Announced!

Big news from the Trinona awards ceremony this past Sunday!

We’re thrilled to announce the very first recipient of the Storm Sporting Events $5,000 Scholarship — Madeline McCartney!

Madeline is a Psychology major at St. Mary’s University with a passion for supporting youth mental health. She plans to become a School Psychologist and make a difference in the Winona and surrounding area. She’s already making an impact through her work with the Impact Youth Center and as a youth camp counselor in northern Wisconsin.

This scholarship was made possible thanks to every single participant in Trinona and Trinona Kids — YOU made this happen!

30% of each registration goes directly to our Scholarship Fund, supporting students like Madeline who are preparing for careers in youth mental health fields — social work, psychology, counseling, and more — with a focus on giving back to our local communities.
